He was born in 1930 in Victoria Park, Manchester, United Kingdom and he died in 2003 in London. He was blessed with a wife and two children, and some of his books have been turned into movies. Winston Graham was a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature (FRSL) and in 1983 was invested an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE). In his death, he left behind a son and daughter.
